All of the member data of this company and website are strictly protected under General Data Protection Regulation. They will be for internal use only for contacting purposes related to the activities of The Airman Virtual Air Charter. Under no circumstances will they be used for profit or for purposes other than The Airman Virtual Air Charter company. However, if you want to change, decline or delete your related data, please submit your GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) request, signing in to your account in IVAO website and use the same information which is on your profile.

1. Joining Red White Team

A user may join The Airman Virtual Air Charter if complies with all the following minimum requirements

Membership of The Airman Virtual Air Charter is open to all members at or above 14 years of age at the time of application, in accordance with data protection laws. Those who are under 14 years of age, must only access this website with their parent’s consent.

Has minimum 50 IVAO pilot logged hours.

For operational reasons, only IVAO AND The Airman Discord members that have the mentioned add-on aircraft(s) are eligible to apply as virtual pilot for the virtual company at this time.

The applicants should complete the questionnaire of the company; the authenticity of its contents being the sole responsibility of the applicant. Any falsification of the information given, is not the responsibility of The Airman Virtual Air Charter.
Once the application has been completed and accepted, the applicant will be given an entry test with a minimum passing marks of 80. After passing the test, the applicant will be invited to a virtual meeting in Discord with the company representative.

The Airman Virtual Air Charter reserves the right to reject applications that do not qualify or deemed potentially dangerous to the image of the virtual company.

2. Withdrawal From Red White Team

A pilot may withdraw from The Airman Virtual Air Charter in the following cases

When sanctioned by any member of IVAO Staff.

If a breach of the established rules occurs.

If a breach of the established rules occurs.

Distributing information of the virtual company to non-Red White team.

Member has completed the contract.

If deemed necessary for the benefit of The Airman Virtual Air Charter. Example: Adjustment in fleet size, required crew strength, etc.

3. Flight Operations

3.1. All users of The Airman Virtual Air Charter must fly the signed-up or assigned schedule (Callsign, type of aircraft, payload, departure and destination, etc.)
3.2. All flights to be done in online mode while connected to the IVAO network for the purpose of flight tracking in IVAO.
3.3. After completion a flight, virtual pilot must submit post-flight report manually.

3.4. Each user must report a minimum of 1 completed flight every 90 consecutive days. Otherwise, you will be considered inactive and could be withdrawn from Red White team when deemed necessary.

3.5. IVAO Flight Plan to use ‘N’ – Non Scheduled.

3.6. Multi ratings are allowed when necessary by the company (Rated for Boeing 738 and Airbus A320).

3.7. IVAO general rules & regulations and Virtual Company Operations Manual must be followed.

4. Simulation of Employment Contract

4.1. At the moment, contract in The Airman Virtual Air Charter is for the duration of employment and for simulation only. (maybe subject to change)
4.2. Newly signed virtual pilot will be given 90 days trial period.
4.3. The new contract will be offered by the company via email or discord.

4.4. The virtual pilot has right to re-negotiate the length of contract or refuse the new offered contract.

4.5. The Airman Virtual Air Charter reserves the right to offer new contract or terminate the contract of a virtual pilot if deemed necessary.
